Speak Easy Counsel is the fruit of a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and my own experiences traveling into the dark depths of Self. The "mission" here is to show up suthenitically, and guide others in their own process of the same.

My focus is on individual therapy, working with clients from adolescence to adulthood. I practice from an integrative perspective which means several theories or techniques could be used together, depending on the needs of my client. I also like to have a collaborative relationship with my client. I am not the expert on one's life but a guide to help my clients get to their desired destination. I strive to create a positive therapeutic relationship by establishing trust and a safe environment where open and honest communication is a vital part of the process. I believe in positive energy and staying in the moment. I have experience working with mental disorders, distress/trauma, support, coping, resolving conflicts and self-exploration. I enjoy working with a diverse population and look forward to working with underrepresented individuals who may feel left out or are looking to expand perspectives and find themselves.
